Each
year, ESCO sends surveys to our clients to rate
the level of service
provided by ESCO. These surveys rate the following:
- Our
responsiveness
- Our
work and how we manage projects
- Our
billing policies
- Our
people
- Whether
or not our clients would call ESCO in the future
Our rating scale is based upon the following:
1 - Worse than expected
2 - About as expected
3 - Better than expected
Our average
score over the past 4 years has been 2.91 out of 3. In
addition, the following comments have been provided on
